I saw on one of the cooking shows,that to make your own panini pan is simple, all you do is use your own frying pan,and buy a brick,cover in heavy duty tin foil,set it on top of the sandwich,when one side of the sandwich is done ,turn over and toast the other side, looked really slick !!!
