CCTV Wiring Question?
I want to implement a monitoring system for the outdoor on my TV.
I tried to use RG-59 coaxial cable for the wiring, but pipes that contain wires are so tight and I was not successful with this.
I have a couple of free phone wire from the outside to the behind of my TV.
Can I use this free wire for the CCTV?
Picture quality is not important to me.

I’ll agree with most of ‘this dog’s answer. I’m not sure about the necessity of RG6 though. RG6 is most often used for Cable TV / Satellite. RG59 is the most commonly used type for CCTV and can be found with weather resistant ratings. CCTV does not require a lot of bandwidth.
I did hear ‘alarm bells’ when I read “but pipes that contain wires are so tight”. What pipes are you referring to? I really hope that you are not referring to electrical conduit that contains line voltage (120 and/or 240 volts) wiring. This would be a huge Code violation and a safety hazard.
