Which of these BCAA supplements would be a better choice?
Hi peeps! I’ve just finished my cutting phase for and passed my physical fitness test. Now, I would like to bulk up again. My diet and training programme are all fine, but I would just like to seek your opinions on BCAA supplemented pre-workout and/or post-workout.
Which would of the supplements below would you recommend in terms of quality and worth? Also, do share your stories of whether BCAA taken pre and post workout has enhanced your muscle gains.

i think bcaa’s,glutamine and the rest are totally over rated as ‘essential’ for either cutting or bulking – its just supplement industry BS….
you just need normal food in different ratio’s to achieve whatever…
