Is it legal to order Absinthe Essence in the U.S.A?
I was scoping out an English site that sells absinthe essence and just about purchased a kit but my roommate stated that ordering the wormwood oil is illegal in the States. So is it, and if not is importing it legal as well?

In the USA and canada, worm wood is considered a controlled substance so chances are if you did order it, it would not make it past customs.
People from the netherlands and generally europe call american / canadian absinthe fake, because it pretty well has zero worm wood in it as opposed to the much higher concentrations found in european absinthe.
