abs diet workout dvd
was my workout and diet plan good today?

breakfast i had (shreded wheat )the frosting flavor

morning workout i did (tae boe) by billy blanks dvd

snack i had a banana with nuts

lunch i had a (tuna sandwich) on (brown) wheat bread with chopped
cellery sticks in it and just a little bit of egg whites and a tiny tiny bit of mayo

afternoon excercise i did hip hop abs dvd

Sounds really good actually. Mayo is alright since it’s “tiny, tiny,” but I opt for the lower fat versions myself.

Keep it up! And if you start to work out more, remember to eat more … it pumps the metabolism up and helps build muscle, and fat has a harder time collecting on top of muscle.
